GRIFFIN BAR - R450 excl Vat:
Private outside venue with braai area – own toilet facilities and music system.  Suitable for 40 people seated with small dance area. 
R450-00 + VAT up to 0h00, thereafter R100-00 per hour
Bar person – R100 per bar person per 6 hour shift, if required.

PRESIDENTS SUITE - R650.00 excl Vat

Venue with air con., for conferences up to 80 people or Parties up to 100 people.   
R650-00 + VAT up to 0h00, thereafter R100-00 per hour
Bar person – R100 per bar person per 6 hour shift, if required.
An hourly rate for meetings after 18h00: R100-00 + VAT per hour – only available on request.

MAIN HALL - R1000.00 excl Vat

Private venue with own toilet facilities - for weddings, parties, conferences, etc.  180 people seated with dance area or 100 people conference style.  Available from 10h00 on day for evening functions.
R1000-00 + VAT up to 0h00, thereafter R100-00 per hour
Bar person – R100 per bar person per 6 hour shift, if required.

GRASS LANDING:
Available for tents, small sporting functions, outdoor prizegivings, etc.

Cleaning before and after functions in all venues by Buffalo Club staff.

GENERAL NOTES:

1. Breakage Fee
Please be advised that any breakage and/or losses and/or damages incurred by the client will be charged to your account.

2. Identification tags
For security reasons, it is necessary for conference delegates to wear identification tags.  In the event of your company not supplying these, please call at the office to collect plastic labels for use on the day.  Labels not returned to the office will be charged at R3.00 each. 

3. Cancellation Fees:
Cancellation of function may result, at the discretion of the Committee, in fees being charged as follows:
 12 weeks of more   -  Full refund
 Within 5 – 12weeks prior  - 50% 
 4 weeks prior    - Nil refund

4. Please do not park in designated parking areas!

5. Car Guards: 
A Voluntary car guard is only in attendance after hours.  Should you require any additional security, please contact us for quotes.

6. Alcohol:
The customer is hereby informed that no alcohol, minerals or juices are allowed to be brought onto the premises.  Corkage of R15-00 per bottle is charged should you wish to bring your own champagne.

7. Smoking:
Please adhere to our non-smoking policy in dining areas.

8. Main Hall – Weddings Only:
For decorating purposes, the Main Hall may be hired out at an additional fee of R350 plus VAT for the evening prior to the wedding from 17h00, subject to availability.

9. Club Hours:
Please note that the Club opens at 08h00.  If you require the club to open prior to 08h00, please be advised that, at the discretion of the Committee, an additional charge of R100 per hour will be imposed.
